This page contains information on how to order from us. For info on why we WILL NOT rip you off, check out our about page. 1. Looking through our seedsOur selection of seeds is a constant work in progress. We will always be adding new varieties and removing those which are no longer available. To take a look at our selection, goto our Online Catalogue and scroll through the listings. We are working on creating a searchable database so you can specify the qualities you are looking for in a strain (eg outdoors, indica, below $140) Keep in mind, all our prices are in Canadian dollars, which means the prices are a lot lower in US funds. We only sell packages of 10 seeds, so the price you see is for a package of 10 seeds We charge a Shipping and Handling Fee of $10 for every order. Should you decide to order 2 or more packages of seeds, the S&H Fee is still $10 total. Info on what kind of shipping methods we use is available on our about page. Warning we only ship our items to legal countries and states please email if you have any questions We supply a 5% discount for all cash orders remember send cash inside a birthday or celebration card.
2. Using our shopping cartWe've tried to make the shopping cart system as easy as possible. Basically all you need to do is find the strain you are interested in, and add it to your cart. Quantity is set to "1" by default. This refers to the number of packages you wish to order. A quantity of 1 means 1 package of seeds. If you want to order two or more different strains, do as follows:
You may remove the item(s) in your shopping cart simply by clicking on the box next to the word "remove" and then clicking on the "Update Shopping Cart" button. Don't be afraid to play around with your shopping cart, adding and removing items. It won't break! (I hope)
3. Sending us your orderOnce you've added the item(s) you want to your shopping cart, and have proceeded to the order page, you're almost done. Please fill out the form and submit it so that we know how many orders are coming in and for what strains. This will speed up shipping for both of us. NOTE: Submitting the form does not mean you've ordered. You have to actually mail us your order. You may either fill out the form and print it out, or write/type out the info to a peice of paper. Just be sure that if you write it out, all the important info is there, and that we can read it! We accept payment in cash in ANY fund and will ship Worldwide. Currency Conversions (to funds other than Euro,US or CDN) must be done by you. Be carefull when sending cash in the mail. Not all postal workers are honest. Try to hide the cash inside the order sheet, or inside a birthday card. Avoid mailing coins. For other methods of payment, we prefer Canadian, American or Euro funds. We can do bank account transfers simply email us for all the info. We can ship from europe, canada or australia for custom shipping just ask.
To order via Cash, Check, or Money Order, fill out all fields below. Then, print/write out your order and send it, along with your Cash, Check, or Money Order to: New West Env. Make your check or international money order payable to: New West Only international money orders will be accepted in doubt ask the person you are getting the money order if this can be cashed in canada If you pay via a check, we will institute a 10 day waiting period while the check clears. This will increase the shipping time by that same amount. When mailing your order, it's safer and more inconspicuous to send via regular mail. To order via Western Union: Go to any place that provides western union orders (Money Mart, Western Union Office etc) and fill out the green form as per the example below. Make sure you either get a copy of this form, or you write down the important info. You will then need to send us an email that includes your order and the following information: Pay To: New West Be sure to ask for the green form.
![]() 4. Waiting for DeliveryNow comes the part where you've got to be patient. You've done everything you need to, sent us your order, included your email so we can email you when send it out. Now its time for us to go to work. Delivery times range, depending on your geographical location, and the speed that mail is moving at any particular time. Be patient, but at the same time, if you haven't received anything, and you sent your order out more than 5 weeks ago, by all means give us an email! We'll see when your order was sent out, what it may look like, and if for some reason your order was lost, we'll resend. Our orders tend to be hidden very well in our shipments, so if you receive something from our area of the world, and you don't know what it is, DON'T throw it out. Inspect it very carefully, if you need help, give us an email to find out where we have hidden the goodies. We can ship anywhere anyhow from any country for custom shipping just ask.
